It depends on how your eeg setup listens for or accepts signals from your
computer.  I've used several methods for things like this, such as a
parallel and serial port emulators, and tcp/ip connections, which you may
be able to link to a TTL circuit within your EEG.   You could also use a
photosensor on some spot on your screen to detect a synchronization
signal, which would bypass having to do much within PEBL. If you send me
more information about how your eeg system works, I could try to provide
more pointers.
