Good morning,
My name is Giacomo Galli, I am a research fellow currently at Icahn School of
Medicine at Mount Sinai, NY. I am just starting using PEBL: I was asked to
understand how the program works and to set a chain of tasks for a project. My
problems are about the finger tapping task (tapping on PEBL) and they are:

* The file are not saved in .csv but in .txt. I can open them with
excell anyway but I would prefer them to be saved in .cvs (as the other tasks
do);

* I tried myself to do the task few times, clicking as fast as I could
or pressing the A keybutton just once. The data collected seams very similar
and I can't really understand them (the meaning of the different columns, where
is the number of time that I pressed the keybutton, the speed and so on). So I
was wondering if the problem is that I can't understand the data or that there
is a bug on the program.

I am not very use in programming so: is there any easy way to tell the program
to save file in .csv?
Where can I find an explanation about the data collected?

Let me know. I really appreciate your work and your help.

Best,

Giacomo Galli

PS: the task didn't work at the beginning so I had to download an other version
from your website
