Hard thing. But only repository based snapshot will be uploaded.
Upload from custom archives are very dangerous, we should try to avoid
it (it was planed but costs too much to just reset the instance after
each build).

Yes, that's what we do now, semi automatically.

Long term plans will use travis-ci. We are working with them to get
native support (not only for php). That will make everyone uses the
same tools/config they use now for windows or linux.
