Hello.  I made those fixes a while ago.

I received the message "Your VCS account (tgates) was created." on May 28th
from gr...@php.net.  I don't know the password so I followed the password
reset instructions.  I did not receive a password reset email message.  I
send email messages to gr...@php.net asking for help on May 29 and June 3,
but I got no replies.

Is there anyone on this list that can help me?
