I was able to contact someone from Rocket (they own development of these
now, not IBM) via email who suggested a current owner. I have tried
contacting alleged current owner via email (yesterday) but have not gotten
a response. Let's give him some time (a week?) to respond.

In the meantime, I'll apply for PHP and PECL accounts.

Thanks!
