Ugh, I totally missed that, because there are no longer notifications sent to the pecl-dev mailing list. Anyhow, I have just approved your request, and also added you as lead developer for the solr package. Note that you need to add yourself as lead maintainer to its package.xml; otherwise you will be removed as soon as you upload a new release.
