My pet peeve about Altium in general. The documentation is there, but only
in a form useful to an experienced user as reference; virtually *NO* useful
examples or explanation of new features. Basically, if you know enough about
a topic to search for it by name, you probably already have a pretty good
idea how to use it. Otherwise you just have to rely on stumbling across it
sooner or later. I have been using DXP/2004 for over a year, and am just
starting to get used to Query building for example. I have gotten far better
help from this forum than from the Altium documentation...

Hi All I use DXP and have found the "Find similar object" and "inspector" useful for doing global edits in a PCB. But it would be nice if there were some documentation with lots of examples on how to achieve global edits. Particularly the use of "Build query" which I do not use because it never delivers what I want it to, because I do not know how to use it properly. This is because the documentation is not there.
