I've found the Kemet website helpful. I've included a link to an
app. Note on their site for Surface Mount Capacitor - Mounting Pad
Dimensions and Considerations.

Also, I have a link here to another document on their website which
shows both the metric and imperial dimensions for their full line of
surface mount capacitors (Tantalum and Ceramic). If you look through it,
you'll find some good info.
