Expect it to be in version 2, except, one side of the track must be left open, otherwise, whatever additional pins it's connected to will also have their net's changed. However, breaking / cutting a bus group of tracks before pin swapping should be easy enough.

That works too, but is clumsy as I'm re-routing to optimze a layout. I sometimes find it easier to re-use exsisting tracks for new signals. I guess I was spoiled by Allegro and Unicad. Both tools made this a very simple On-the-fly procedure. Sigh....

These are tracks that were laid, but the signals assigned to the pins is
now
different?  Use the netlist manager - assign net names to connected
copper.
It will redo all tracks and vias for the whole board.
