OK, if you want to do it incrementally, rather than all at once, you can
select the tracks and vias (only, no components) and move them to an empty
area.  Then, copy the selected objects to the clipboard, and paste to the
original location.  Whenever you paste tracks and vias from the clipboard,
and they touch pads with nets assigned to them, the tracks and vias take on
the net name of the pads.

You can select all tracks with the same net with either connected copper
or net name options, whichever is appropriate for the present case.  Or, you
can select within area, etc.
