While the polygon itself will have to be made of four or more straight sides
outside the board, you can put a circle on any number of different layers to
shape what actually gets poured.  These include (but may not be limited to)
multi-layer and keepout.

Hello All,
        I have a circular (round) PCB design.  I would like to do a copper
pour
(polygon) on the bottom of the board.  I would like the pour to follow the
outline of the board as close as possible.  Does anyone have any nice tricks
up their sleeve to accomplish this task?
