Hammad,
I don't think there's a way to get what you want from 99se.
For one thing, make sure you use "paste special" (from the main Edit
pull-down menu), and go through the steps to set up pasting an array.
Otherwise, your pasted copies will not contain any net information.

After that you can re-annotate using the left to right option, but that
won't annotate the designators as you want.  I can't think of another way to
do it right now.
