The only .CDO files with which I am familiar are Dassault Systems CADAM overlay files. The only software that can use these files is the CADAM CATIA drafting program.

My guess would be that the .CDO files are part of the assembly, and/or mechanical drawings for the board.

You really shouldn't need anything except the Gerber files to modify a couple of tracks. Do you know what information the .CDO files are supposed to contain?
