Older Cadstar databases use the .cdo extension for binary files, I don't believe there is a way to convert these to Protel, however if you have a .cdi file which is the ASCII version of the same file it can be converted using one of Router Solutions Inc. software translators. Don't know if this will help.

The only software that can use these files is the CADAM CATIA drafting program. My guess would be that the .CDO files are part of the assembly, and/or mechanical drawings for the board. You really shouldn't need anything except the Gerber files to modify a couple of tracks. Do you know what information the .CDO files are supposed to contain?
