The bypass capacitors for each of the IC's in a project I've taken over are displayed on the PCB Layout view but not on the BOM or the schematic. How do I get those components listed on the BOM?
Put them on the schematic.
If the BOM is derived from the schematic, only things shown on the schematic will be shown on it. Also, components with an empty "Value" field will not be shown on the BOM (at least in 98 and 99SE).
