Protel created the PCB outline on Mechanical4. For parts placement I outlined each PCB component on Mechanical1 so as not to convolute Mechanical4.
When I switch to single layer mode and select Mechanical1 the entire component outlines show up but not the PCB outlines. I copied the PCB outlines from Mechanical4 to Mechanical1 so they overlap. Is this why I cannot see them in single layer mode? I can see them when I am not in single layer mode.
