No, I'm not offended.
I understand this but believe it or not when I studied
engineering I didn't study PCB design. 
It was more than 25 years ago and ... it was last
century when electrons were not pushed to do that had
work as nowadays.
I guess it's the way I feel it and I learn with every
job I do.
Just look at the PCB design as an art. 
I'm pretty fast and precise but I'm not a robot or a
pick and place machine. Good designs require thinking.
For fast jobs there are autorouters.
