It will do that if you don't have all the schematic in the project opened before you print

Every once in awhile it seems, when we print a schematic, the active low bar (above the pin name etc) doesn't show correctly. These bars end up off in space, and are much longer than would actually be necessary to cover the name. The computer screen shows them correctly though. Has anybody else come across this issue? Short of switching to another way of indicating the active state, is there another way around this? It sure makes schematics fun to read when random lines criss-cross actual connections.
