Personally, I would not, at least not on a single proc computer, (and likely not on a dual-proc system either, though I have tried it for curiosity's sake...but that means little or nothing to many corporate MIS departments. They run scans whenever it is convenient for them to do so, unless management stops them from doing so. My place of work has no such management, and we also do not have a 24 hour "on" policy, nor 24 hour staffing, so after hours scanning isn't a viable option, and MIS scans on its own schedule...
