but blank schematics are so much easier to layout !

anyway, it works for me

but you need an older ver of the dwg file format
R14 or earlier for 99SE

many 3rd party programs do not correctly write the dwg format

be sure it is all in a positive co-ord workspace and greatly enlarge your sch sheet size before importing

also try DXF v. R14 or earlier if DWG doesn't work

of course you will just have a cup of lines and dots, no 'intelligence' or parts, although i have never tried 'blocks to components'
