yes the template graphic logos come and go mysteriously
i don't think it is the jpg format though i am not sure

the solution to the disappering logos i have found is to sprinkle copies about your hard drive so 99SE can find them

\windows
\local folder
\99se folders(s)
etc

they don't seem to do any good inside the DDB although they may seem to at first try

igor, send me your dwg file
i can look at it tonight, else it will be mid week next week

if a sch title block logo is what you are after it will have to wind up as raster and not a vector file i think

on second thought that statement only applies to 'insert graphic'

i don't see why little bits and pcs of primitives would not work in a template file (which is what a DXF IMPORT will do), actually as i write this i think it may solve the issue of 99se hunting around to find the external graphic file to link to

I am trying ti import a logo to my sch template and it would be too hard to draw it directly in sch editor. Still not that crazy to do schematic capture in xxxCAD. :)

Tried all different combination and DWG versions. None seem to work. Will try to enlarge the sheet size.

Thanks,
Igor

Do a screen capture, or otherwise get a graphic file of the logo, and save it as a .bmp or .jpg - Protel should display that OK.

(I'll swear that .jpg worked in the past, but recently it stopped working for me, and I had to change the logo to .bmp, and change the templates to suite...)
