Hello all, I am a subscriber to this forum as well as the Altium forum. Normally I have better things to do than reading or responding to negative talk, but want to share my experience with Altium support on request of Ian.
I am working for about a year now with DXP (expect to receive AD6 upgrade this week, The Netherlands is far from Australia....) and subscribed to both forums in the evaluation period before I decided to buy DXP. Since my first steps, response from Altium people was surprisingly fast and adequate (also from other forum members), even to the most stupid questions from a beginner were answered with patience. The reply often came from Altium people that were developing the software, a clever policy. Much of the forum discussions of that year I find reflected in some way in the "what's new" list of AD6.
