I believe that was an add-on published by a contributor to this list. You might try searching the archives (probably the pre-2004 archives, IIRC). I've got a file that looks to be a copy of it, dated 2000-04-07, though that was probably the date I downloaded it. Email me off-list at HxEngr at Alltel dot Net if you want to try a copy of that.
