Try the menu entry of 'Edit >> Hole Size Editor...' If, for whatever reason, there is no such entry in your menu, the HSEdit:Run Process should be invoked (without any parameters) in order to run the Hole Size Editor. As is regrettably not uncommon (for Protel 99 SE, and both preceding and succeeding versions), my recollections from using that particular editor are that it is not totally bug-free, so remain alert when/if you actually do use it. I suspect that Steve could have been referring to a macro/script which I wrote for Protel 99 SE (and which I uploaded (some time back in 1999 or 2000) to the Files section under the [protel-users] mailing list hosted by Yahoo Groups). It could be used to *select* particular pads and/or vias (depending upon the sizes of their holes), but by itself, it wouldn't *change* the values of any properties of the subsequently selected objects (other than their Selected property) - so if you did use it, you would still need to (subsequently/also) use global editing commands to actually change the sizes of their holes. As such, you probably really would be better off using the Hole Size Editor instead, which is able to change the sizes of the holes within pads and/or vias as required.
