As suggested in another reply, it's often better to just create your
own. 

Alternatively, if you can find a P99SE demo disk, install it, then open
the database (ddb) library compilations (which is all the ddb is...) and
extract the libraries to separate .lib files, though I'm not sure that
Protel, ion their infinite mercantile wisdom didn't flip the "major
revision" falg to prevent backward compatibility acrros theese two
seemingly similar programs. (truth is, I'm not sure what problems you'll
encounter, as my work rarely allows me to "play" anymore)
