Well thanks guys.
As I suspected from my own initial perusal of the PADs CAM setup, you
just can't get there from here! At least not with a mix of through hole and
through vias on the board.

I vies drill drawings in and of themselves as obsolete relics. Unfortunately
I must say that many insist on them for their documentation and my aim is
expedite things and get paid. Arguing takes longer that just doing it.
