        Interesting device. I don't think it could qualify for proper 
inspection of BGAs though, it would never spot even the largest voids within a 
joint, let alone several rows in.

        Or is that a pie in the sky target that people normally don't even 
inspect to unless you are the largest of EMS providers with the full X-ray 
inspection capability? I am well up on my reading but don't have the practical 
experience regarding the inspection of BGAs.
