I' actually using Designer 6, but possible causes here could be;

There may not be any valid connections on the bottom layer (or
multilayer) that are part of the same net as the polygon and the 'remove
dead copper' option is selected. So, the polygon removes all the 'dead
copper' that doesn't connect to anything, in this case leaving just the
outline of the polygon but no pour.
'Show / Hide' options have been set to 'draft'
Check that the polygon options are allowing it to pour over same net
objects (as I think that you have done)

Subject: [PEDA] Disappearing Polygon Plane

I have been editing a layout (in DXP2004) and I have removed and
replaced a polygon plane on the bottom layer several times,
recreating it to move its edges and accommodate other component
changes. It is set up to be connected to the ground net, and set to
pour over same nets.

Previously it has worked fine, but now when I place the polygon
plane, it shows only a trace outlining the area I selected, and it
does not fill in at all. If I select the plane, it highlights and
looks correct (there are openings around unconnected pads, etc.) and
I can drag it, but when it's unselected it reverts to just an outline.

Clearly something changed, but I have not had any luck discovering what
I did.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
