List,

I need to repeat a suggestion I've made on several occasions and even quite
recently regarding the importance of changing the Subject line when
changing the topic of an established threaded discussion.

The thread, "Planck and Peirce on mind as primary, matter secondary," was
recently hijacked (to use Mike's colorful expression) by a brief discussion
which had nothing to do with the name of the thread nor, for that matter,
with anything Peircean.

If one wishes to begin a new thread bouncing off an old one, please use
this convention:

*Name of new thread, was, Name of old thread.*

Of course one can always just initiate a new thread.

Best,

Gary Richmond (writing as Peirce-L moderator and co-manager of it and
Arisbe with Ben Udell)
