Congratulations! I've been watching your extraordinary book evolve over the years and have already profited from reading selected chapters. I look forward to reading it in its entirety, something which I expect to do over the next several weeks and months. I would encourage all on the list to explore it as it is as philosophically rich a piece--even in its earlier unfinished form--as I've come across in many years.
