Menurut Peraturan Fiska 2008 yg diupload pak Budiman,
Sepertinya ada celah buat kita para pelaut untuk mendapatkan Bebas fiskal luar
negeri.
Coba teman2 lihat, pada pasal 7 ayat 4 dan ayat 7
Pada pasal 7 ayat 4
Apakah employment pass atau working permit termasuk ?
Pada pasal 7 ayat 7
Apakah pelaut bisa digolongkan sebagai Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) ?
Bagaimana pandangan teman2
