Pak Budiman, Salah satu persyaratan untuk pengurusan bebas fiscal pelaut antara lain: "...PERJANJIAN KERJA BERSAMA ANTARA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN SERIKAT PEKERJA YANG DISYAHKAN OLEH PEMERINTAH..." Enak seperti dulu aja dech... gak macem-macem. Bagaimana nasib perusahaan yang tidak ber-KKB dengan KPI (untuk perusahaan pelayaran)....atau serikat pekerja lainnya. Wah ada ada saja...mohon pencerahan.... Apa maksud dan tujuan ini semua.... Thanks DJ
