Butul butul. Gelar ST cuma berlaku di Indonesia, dan atau negara lain yg mengakui pendidikan di Indonesia. Tapi kalo ijazah ANT/ATT itu berlaku all over the world alias seluruh dunia, kenapa bisa berlaku di seluruh dunia, karena Indonesia adalah salah satu dari sekian banyak negara anggota IMO yg menerbitkan Surat sesuai dengan STCW yang mengatur tentang sertifikasi awak kapal.
