Peraturannya yang berbeda antara Peraturan dan pendidikan pelayaran dan peraturan lembaga pendidikan /universitas di indonesia, kita susah menjelaskan antara si A dan si B, Peraturan IMO dan Peraturan P & K. agar lebih jelas datanglah ke bagian yang bersangkutan agar tidak terjadi miss communication.
