mungkin teman-teman kurang mengetahui peraturan yang ada sekarang. kapal tug boat yang minta class 1 sebagai master itu karna artikelnya foreign going dan class 1 yang diminta itu untuk asuransi, karna asuransi kalau kapal yang artikelnya foreign going selalu class 1 untuk master dan C/E. kalau terjadi sesuatu ijazah class 1 yang dipakai untuk claim asuransi. jadi jangan mempermasalahkan masalah besar kecilnya kapal itu tapi yang menentukan ya artikel kapal itu, kalau kapalnya artikelnya home tread ya yangdipakai class 5 atau class 4.
