Saya ingin memberikan sedikit pencerahan..jadi begini class 1 yg kita bicarakan
disini u/ANT-1 itu dia tidak membatasi pada bobot mati kapal, GRT maupun batas
wilayah, sea area, atau daya jelajah. Jadi ukuran kapal dan daerah pelayaran
menentukan kapan ANT-1 itu harus dipakai, atau diperluakan secara prosedural
pengawakan kapal.
Sebagai Contoh dibawah dikatakan "kapal GRT 250 ajaa koq harus pake class1??
The answer is simple, ya harus! Kalo kapal tsb berlayar sampe sea area A3,
ocean going, foregn going, around the wold up to lat:70 North and South.
Begitu juga sebaliknya: kapal sebesar apaapun VLCC, ULCC sekalipun kalo hanya
berlayar di NCV ya cukup dengan endors yg sesuai ajaa..class 2 cukup,
NCV-3000GRT or More.
