This may be old news, but I recently came across a really thorough critique of the World Bank's propoganda policy paper on labor in a global economy that people might find interesting. It's by an economist who works on South and Southeast Asia called Jan Breman, called "Labour, Get Lost-A Late-Capitalist Manifesto." in Economic and Political Weekly. September 16, 1995: 2294-2300.
