Only partly true. I like French underwear and Italian shoes, but also 
Brecher & Costello, Smithfield ham, & California wine. And Hardt is a 
USer - he grew up in DC, where his father was a Soviet expert for the 
Congressional Research Service, and teaches at Duke.

And Negri's done prison time, which should give him some cred among 
the truly militant, no?
