You mean this sort of James Bond thing?

Frankly, I find just about everything that Parenti writes to lack
credulity, including that. If you want another version of life in
Fajulla, I recommend the long article that appeared in last month's
Harpers. Unfortunately, it is not online. Let's put it this way. The
author, who spent a *year* in Falluja could not come up with a single
instance of somebody's back being carved into a checkerboard.
Furthermore, he was treated with great respect and kindness.

It's quite possible he
was nearly kidnapped a week or two ago in Sadr City.

Why, I myself am the target of a dark conspiracy involving hired assassins of the Open Society Institute and the Demogreens. I have instructed my wife to contact Cuban security if I am not heard from in more than a 24 hour period.

Christian's a
good friend of mine, and I'm very fond of him. I really wish he
wouldn't go into war zones; I'd much rather have him alive. But how
dare a toxic nut sitting in Manhattan can question his motives,
veracity, or nerve? Fuck you, you little creep.

Why not. Just make sure to wear a condom.

Michael, I can't believe you indulge this slandering little shit over & over. Most of the time I ignore it, but this really makes my blood boil.

I assume that you will keep lobbying to have him me expelled from pen-l, Mr. postmodernist free speech.
