Macroeconomics: The LEWIS & CLARK COLLEGE Department of Economics invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professorship in macroeconomics beginning Fall 2005. Additional teaching and research fields of interest include the economics of inequality and/or race, class and gender. PhD expected at the time of hire. Potential for excellent teaching and an appreciation of the role of research at an undergraduate institution are essential. Usual teaching load is five courses per academic year and includes regular participation in the College’s first-year general education course. Review of applications will begin on December 1 and continue until the position is filled. The College will be interviewing at the January ASSA meeting in Philadelphia.
