CB: Excuse me. In this period it was Leninist theory that a European
imperialist war was very, very likely and probable. _And_ a European war
arose as considered probably  by them, i.e. was "known" by them ( and
absolutely unknown to Keynes)   Score : Leninists 1, Keynesian 0.
