Actually this sort of stuff has been kicking around for a while. Math
aided by computers used to portend the end of thinking in math.
Cloud Computing offers a bigger research base to build theory on, and
probably would shift the sense of collaboration in doing research.
For example a shared research paradigm assembles information in a
coherent pattern for research purposes. That assembly could be
mimic'd by ummm algorithms.
