Gulp! I confess to my general ignorance. Firstly, you obviously aren't
looking to give a hand to start a single white female, but what you do
have in mind escapes me. (Do I get any points for guessing 'Fund'?) As
for any interest in Vzla, if it doesn't have something to do with the
November regional elections, no one here will pay any attention.
