I don't think the neocons want to capture Osama. It would end the war
on terror, peel away some layers of fable and weaken a major source of
their income. I wouldn't put it past them to stir up the India-
Pakistan trouble, however. Almost as good as flying planes into twin
towers for herding sheep.
