I haven't read the Pollin paper yet, but just as one can combine insights from Keynes (J. Maynard, not J. Neville, ravi) with those of Marx, one can learn from Minsky. Minky's all about finance, while Marx did not analyze that topic in depth (he stuck mostly with description). > By the way, Minsky's parents met at a dance celebrating Marx's birthday.< in "Can (It) Happen Again," Minsky uses Marxian concepts at times. -- Jim Devine / "Nobody told me there'd be days like these / Strange days indeed -- most peculiar, mama." -- JL. _______________________________________________ pen-l mailing list [email protected] https://lists.csuchico.edu/mailman/listinfo/pen-l
