I was wrong.  Not July 12, but *July 11, 1868*.

It's not verbatim what I wrote, but pretty close.  The English
translator used "interconnection" rather than "inner connections," or
Ted's favorite "internal relations."  Maybe Hans can tell us whether
Marx used the corresponding German term consistently throughout his
work.
