What should he do that he hasn't done, as far as stimulus goes? You could say the package should have been twice as large, but the problem remains of how to get it through Congress. Should he have begun his tenure in office by denouncing his own party for failing to do what is necessary?
One recalls the Clintons trying to roll Congress w/health care. It was a lousy plan, but that's not why it went down.
