Natch I support a third round.

Do you think Congress would accept?  The first blather we would hear
is, it's not working and he wants more; then all the deficit nonsense.
 The health care project would start foundering as the discussion
shifted.  Employers might take it as a signal that the WH knows
something they don't, about bad prospects ahead.

I'm not saying don't try to do it.  I am saying it's not like waving a
magic wand.
You have to sell the case CEPR makes, that it works so we need more.  Not
so easy.

To some extent the WH is a victim of its own decisions thus far.  They
signed off
on the premise that the spring package was adequate.  Asking for more runs the
risk of admitting error, if not misfeasance.
