I guess the idea is that centralized organizations aren't required.
Once we get rid of private property in the means of production (a
result of abolishing the state), in this theory we can spontaneously
form a collective community to govern ourselves (because it's private
property that divides us). We'd all share everything, as in William
Morris' NEWS FROM NOWHERE. But I don't see how it would work.
