Not so fast. Anyone remember Ethiopia? The Italian fascists were fiercely racist against the Ethiopians. Their savagery, use of poison gas, annihilation of villages, slaughter of a good part of the educated population, racial segregation against the Ethiopians, etc. were notorious.
